Advertising Operations Manager   Nabbr is a distributed media network focused the syndication and monetization of premium entertainment content on the social web. The company manages and operates the Nabbr Network.  Founded in March 2006, the NYC-based Nabbr and the Nabbr Network overall receives approximately 40 million unique visitors a month.  World-class investors including Allen & Company and Avalon Ventures fund Nabbr.Job Summary:We are looking for an outstanding Advertising Operations Manager to join our newly launched online advertising team. This is a unique opportunity to be in on the ground floor as we build an advertising sales team. We are seeking smart, dynamic and passionate candidates who know the social web and the sites in the Nabbr affiliate network.  Your responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns on our websites including management, monitoring, optimization and trafficking. Additional responsibilities will include liasing with third party ad networks, inventory yield management and working with account management, marketing and sales to increase revenues and the satisfaction of our advertising customers.Nabbr. is currently hiring for this role in New York City. We offer competitive salaries, a bonus plan, equity and a full benefits package for this role.Requirements:•  Minimum 3-5 years experience in online advertising in an advertising operations, yield management or traffic coordinator role•  Passion for the Nabbr network sites and target demographic•  Deep expertise in working with the leading online ad platforms, especially AdTech, to manage the pre-campaign logistics and post-campaign reporting•  Understanding and experience with ad tagging infrastructure and strategies•  Strong forecasting and analytical skills to manage multiple campaigns over a six month horizon•  Excellent organizational skills•  Ability to deliver under pressure while managing multiple tasks•  Microsoft Office and internet proficiency a must•  Bachelor’s or B.S. degreeNice to have:•  Salesforce.com experience
