Qualifications Qualified candidates will have:A minimum five years in successful business to business sales. An established record of effectively managing sales teams to achieve and exceed their objectives. A track record of strong leadership both to the sales organization and to customers and prospects Skills in recruiting, hiring, and personnel developmentCurrent hands on experience making sales calls and closing business Working knowledge of the automotive and/or advertising industries helpful, but not required.
