Advertising Agency Interactive Product and Services Assistant
Unique opportunity to develop your internet knowledge and interactive product and service skills in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented recruitment advertising environment. Buyer Advertising is one of New England’s largest and most successful recruitment advertising agencies servicing a wide range of national and international clients. In this position you will support the efforts of the Interactive Services Department by performing the following:
· Create and maintain the database of online media and be a resource for agency staff
to obtain recommendations, pricing and written descriptions of useful websites.
· Manage the agency list of online media packages and alert Account Executives well in advance of expiration.
· Generate online insertion orders.
· Create and manage online sponsorships such as Google.
· Research online trends.
· Assist in the development of interactive products/services marketing material.
· Assist with the development of web-based products where appropriate.
· Assist with job postings where appropriate.
The person we seek must have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills along with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Experience is not required.
