The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:Fielding of inbound calls from Customers Transfer calls to appropriate departments Enter Orders into the Company Database Answer Customers questions Greet Clients on arrival General filing, faxing, and office duties

 

The Ideal Candidate will Have:Outstanding Customer Service Skills Professional Demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) Experience with Memo and Business Letter Composition Experience with multi-lined phone system Data Entry Experience Typing 50+ WPM
