Administrative Assistant
Exceptional entry level Administrative Assistant position available within a large King of Prussia client. This position is direct hire.
This position is responsible for directly supporting the Director of Collections and assisting other groups. This position handles sensitive/confidential documentation and information including personnel monthly stats, project details, master sales rosters, etc. This position has direct involvement with all reporting information for the collections team.
Primary Responsibilities:Support Director with all collections reporting for business analysis.Design spreadsheets and presentation graphs for management.Maintain and control the monthly spreadsheets for cash collected, phone calls, SLA’s, Associates’ monthly standards, etc.Responsible for the completion of all collection department month end spreadsheets.Organize and prepare final demand report for the sales force.Attend project conference calls and/or meetings as needed.Report number and revenue of ACH’s and Credit cards collected Back up for the Executive Admin. Asst. in their absence.Assist other departments such as Billing /Credit as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:Positive attitude and dedicated / proven work ethicAbility to type WPM 40-50Above average skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, math skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Associates degree
