Market research company located in Chicago NW side is in need of admin wp for the Project Management team--

Reports To

Senior Word Processor

 

Initial Skills

· Proficient Computer skills MS Office

· Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

· Accurate typing skills

· Proofing data

· Must be detailed and organized

· High School diploma and some specialized training obtained at a trade school or community college

 

Work Skills

· Participate in the generation of necessary project documentation

· Interfacing with Project Management and IS Departments

· Administrative skills essential

· Work on several projects at one time

· Working under tight deadlines

 

Responsibilities

· General word processing

· Draft proposal, screener, rating form, etc. for manager approval

· Organize data, annotate statistics, and generate necessary reports as requested

· Create and print merge files for questionnaires

· Answer office inquires and take messages

· Perform administrative tasks for Project Management, General Manager, and Lab Manager

· Function with strong deadlines and prioritize work independently

· Collate and bind report
