 Ad Operations Manager/Traffic Analyst – Sunnyvale , CA

Essential Job Functions: Responsible for overall ad operations management of the Kindsight ad network Produce regular reports that track performance and revenues across the network Responsible for analyzing traffic to manage the revenue yield across the ad network Work with partners directly to optimize keyword ad feeds Interface regularly with partners; resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, creative policing, trafficking requirements Manage the trafficking, testing and implementation of ad campaigns as needed Work closely with sales and product team to identify new high value advertising opportunities and features based on industry research and customer needs. Work with Finance department on reporting and invoicing Develop key processes and be a vocal part of a great team as the business scales Find opportunities to increase yield of online advertising revenues through analyzing traffic across the network

Requirements: 3+ years experience in ad operations Experience with ad trafficking process for ad serving systems (Doubleclick, Atlas, OAS) Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and Rich Media technologies Ability to compile, and analyze reports and translate to actionable next steps to improve overall operations and increase revenue. Highly detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in search marketing and direct response advertising preferred Experience with ad arbitrage techniques and reporting Positive 'can-do' team attitude
