Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist

Growing public relations firm located in White Plains, NY seeks an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join their thriving department. Potential candidates will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivables to insure timely receipt of payments to minimize A/R and maximize cash flow. Review customer accounts for billing accuracy including the correct application of cash, monitoring assigned AR and identifying accounts to follow-up on for payment, respond to daily customer inquiries and requests for account information via phone/email, process customer requests for refunds of credit balances.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years relevant Collections experience, Proficiency in all MS Office Applications, exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
