Accounting jobs: Controller

We have a tremendous opportunity to join a rapidly growing biotech company in Baltimore as Corporate Controller. This role will directly support the CFO and will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and budgeting and forecasting. This will be a very hands on role and you will directly supervise 3 folks in AP, Billing, and Procurement. In addition to all aspects of accounting and finance, the Controller will manage corporate taxes, internal controls, management reporting and Board presentations, and assist with establishing implementing, and monitoring financial policies and procedures. To be considered for this role, you must have a CPA and experience with QuickBooks. Ideally you will also have job costing, some government contracting and exposure to the biotech industry. Pay will be in the $80K-$85K range and there will be a lot of growth opportunity as the company continues to increase revenues.
