Help Wanted
Looking for a mature person with basic accounting, office management and computer skills to assist business affairs executive at a mid-size public relations agency in the Mid-Wilshire District. Daily duties include preparing paperwork for monthly billing, filing invoices, maintaining office equipment, training new hires, overseeing assistants and coordinating phone coverage. This is a permanent, full-time position; Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
