Job Description
Coordinates and implements advertising programs for clients. Provides customer service to assigned accounts to achieve client satisfaction and ensure program efficiency and accuracy.
The Primary responsibilities are listed below this paragraph.
Coordinates program administration (client solicitations, artwork, publisher contact, etc) & maintains closing schedules Accurately places clients' advertising & applies publishing company requirements, offers and products Handles incoming client calls (requests for program information, quote rates, program benefits, etc) Investigates & responds to publishing company inquiries Maintains current & accurate records of clients' advertising programs Assists in client reporting Processes client billing & resolves billing discrepancies Supports account team to ensure all client needs are met (budgets, media plans, presentations, etc) Attend/participate in client meetings, as needed
Job Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong follow-up and follow-through skills Great customer service skills Computer skills a must (Microsoft Office and the Internet) Access database experience a plus! Training available Bachelor's degree or equivalent from two year college; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
