Account Manager - Advertising

SMA Communications is seeking a highly motivated Direct Marketing Sales Manager to join our team of top-performing sales professionals in our Fort Lauderdale location.

Essential Functions Lead efforts to analyze customer purchase behavior to identify insights that will drive profitable business initiatives and optimize business decision making. Evaluate, document and report on key marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed. Coordinate the integration of online activities with the Fulfillment Department Call/E-mail customers/prospects and determining internet marketing needs

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ strong Internet Advertising and/or Internet Direct Marketing experience with a focus on interactive media (search engine optimization, banners, e-mail campaigns) in a result driven environment Demonstrated knowledge of the online advertising industry and trends Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Positive, team player attitude and professional demeanor Must possess excellent time management skills, a sharp eye for details, and proven strategic problem solving skills Desire and ability to provide responsive/responsible client service (i.e., make each client feel they are our priority, provide appropriate recommendation/consultation for each advertising effort, respond intelligently to all client requests) Proficient use of Microsoft Office
