The Job

Our rapidly growing Seattle office is currently looking for a talented and experienced marketing professional to join Wunderman Team Microsoft and work specifically on Xbox Promotions and Partnerships. In this role, you will be part of a team of discipline experts helping to create integrated marketing campaigns that engage consumers and drive sales.  Additionally, you will interface daily with marketing and product teams and assist in execution of marketing campaigns.

You will also manage, coordinate, and lead Agency resources in order to meet client marketing needs. You will have overall responsibility for Agency output and provide perspective and leadership in the development of quality solutions. You may be involved in the development of others, training and career development.  You will also participate in financial tracking and reporting, supervising program budgets.  

 

You will effectively work with U.S. clients within product marketing, brand, promotions and events to develop U.S. strategies.  In addition, you will supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns and events, and assist in establishing client long and short term marketing objectives and goals. 

 

The Successful Candidate

You are skilled at activating promotional marketing campaigns and developing partner relationships. You clearly understand traditional agency processes, and have experience with the client or agency side of promotional retail marketing. You have proficient knowledge of developing partnerships and consumer programs that deliver a strong return on investment. Most importantly, you are interested in understanding and impacting consumer choices.  

 

Specific Requirements

· Promotional marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective.

· Strong knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry.

· Successful negotiator of tie-in partners, sponsorships, etc. with ability to negotiate and close

business contracts.

· Ability to develop, evaluate and recommend effective, dynamic and efficient programs that

leverage partner assets and meet client brand objectives equally.

· Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills.

· Project management skills to activate programs in a technical and/or marketing environment.

· Dynamic leadership, collaboration, and team-building skills.

· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

· BA/BS degree required

· Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
