Sound like you? Aquent is looking for an Account Manager to acquire and develop new and existing clients and talent for one of our office in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires both exceptional client relationship skills as well as sales savvy smarts. Our Account Managers are a critical part of this business, as they work closely with both clients and talent. Aquent encourage your success and provides a built in support network of account directors, sales force, and other agents. As an Agent, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing and new accounts obtained by the Account Director, National Accounts team, Inside Sales team or Area Manager. Other responsibilities include: Lead all talent management and communication activities for assigned market and/or discipline. Identify sales opportunities and communicate/partner with appropriate parties to win new business. Execute all recruitment functions including sourcing, interviewing and hiring talent Lead networking activities in market aimed at the acquisition of qualified talent in all disciplines. Act as coach and career management specialist for specific talent within marketplace.Your qualifications are: BA or BS degree preferred. Unwavering commitment to fanatical customer service. Strong problem solving skills with an ability to focus quickly on key issues. 2 years plus experience within staffing or marketing/creative organization.
