Account Executive - M

Grizzard Communications Group, Inc., a leading Direct Marketing agency specializing in Nonprofit Fundraising, is looking for an Account Executive for our Glendale office who will be responsible for managing all core product sales and external components of the agency/client relationship for assigned clients. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

· 4 years experience in customer service and marketing/sales and

in direct marketing and/or non-profit fundraising

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Proven sales skills: knowledgeable, persuasive, friendly

· Strong people skills: able to encourage, motivate, deal with all personalities types effectively. 

· Energetic and able to manage a heavy workload

· Must be deadline oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight schedules

· Able to work cooperatively with co-workers and in group processes 

· Takes initiative in problem-solving and looks for ways to streamline processes.

· Strong computer skills: Knowledge of Word and Excel a must

· College graduate (prefer degree in marketing or nonprofit management)
