Account Executive - Interactive

Paladin is seeking an Account Executive for a 3 month engagement for a growing digital agency. This position will represent the agency onsite at a major retail client. This position will work as an extension of the client team to define, develop and deploy email marketing campaigns.

This role requires strong project management, communication and facilitation skills. Strong candidates should be skilled at motivating individuals, solving problems, tracking detailed tasks and summarizing information for key stakeholders. They should be motivated, and have demonstrated the ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. They should have a professional demeanor and possess strong client relationship skills. This position may require limited travel to the agencies headquarters during the orientation process.

Responsibilities will include:
•Working on-site at agency’s client location to coordinate email campaign process
•Developing creative briefs based on client marketing objectives
•Working with the agency and client teams to create email campaign documents
•Develop timelines based on client and agency deliverables, and manage those sends/campaigns to those timelines and budgets
•Working with internal and client teams to ensure the timely completion of email content (copy, creative, audience segmentation, etc.)
•Ensuring quality control: manage each email/campaign through quality control, including: proofing (for copy and creative), testing click through links, associated web functionality, etc.
•Gaining final approval from clients for delivery of campaigns
•Working with client teams to develop and manage a campaign calendar
•Directing the agencies creative resources in the production of email creative
•Coordinating the proofing and client review process
•Approving campaigns for deployment

Required Skills and Experience:

•Mid–level Account Executive or project coordination experience, ideally in an Internet-related company
•Superior attention to detail while dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive materials
•Professional demeanor and strong client relationship skills
•Ability to work well in a fast-changing environment
•A strong communicator who can foster cross-functional teamwork
•Ability to manage multiple activities and deliverables simultaneously
•Demonstrated passion for client success
•Ability to function in a high pressure, dynamic environment
•Advanced organizational, time-management, and work prioritization skills
•Strong bias toward action and results oriented activities
•Passion for learning new skills, expanding experience
•Strong work ethic
•Minimum of three years agency experience
