Account Executive - Experienced Manager of Accounts for Advertising Agency

Communications seeks a mid-level professional with 3+ years experience managing clients in an advertising agency setting.

 

This experience Account Manager will be:Responsible for total quality management of day-to-day project and client relations Responsible for developing scopes-of-work/estimates, creative briefs and strategic recommendations, including points-of-view and media Responsible for managing client expectations and collaborating with global cross-functional team Expected to provide leadership with clients, agency partners and other vendors Expected to participate in the development of client relationships 

General responsibilities and specifications for this position: Posses an understanding of digital communication processes, including creative approach, interactive and graphic design, and technical considerations is a plus, as is experience in a cross platform development environment Posses an understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare industry, including marketing principals, legal and regulatory process and restrictions Have strong written, verbal and presentation skills Be comfortable meeting with and presenting to clients, especially in a group setting Possess excellent relationship building skills Be detailed oriented, deadline focused, an independent thinker, team player, good follow-up and have a comfort level working with senior management staff Be able to multitask effectively Be resourceful and solution oriented

Requirements: 3-5 years experience in an agency setting Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office BA/BS in Marketing or related field
