Present or recent experience working within a web design, marketing firm or ad agency preferred.

The person we seek is an experienced account manager specifically in the marketing, account service and creative space. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts as well as function as a key client advocate within the firm by working directly with creative and development team members.

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support of clients' accounts, produce quality communications materials on a timely basis, as well as respond to client service requests. Additional key responsibilities will include marketing and new business to develop relationships, grow revenue and bring in new and exciting clients to our firm.

This position requires a working knowledge of general business practices, creative, advertising and marketing communications principles. Additional responsibilities will include Proposal and Presentation Development, meeting with clients and prospective clients, vendor selection and management, market research, communications, creative writing and direct mail marketing. Candidate must be passionate about web technologies, brand strategy and new media.

Typical client projects: Large and complex websites, Rich Internet Applications, Tradeshow booths and exhibition materials and booths, print identity materials and direct/email projects.

Responsibilities: 
Maintains daily contact with clients. Makes marketing recommendations to client and takes client feedback/requests and executes them throughout the firm.

Including but not limited to the following activities for the client:Marketing Strategy - Interacts with clients on a strategic level - makes recommendations on marketing plans and develops test opportunities. Marketing and Business development - Works with Principals, Marketing and Business development teams to craft estimates, develop proposals and facilitate client solutions Marketing and Business development - Spends portion of each day prospecting and developing leads and prospects Project Management - Provide accurate direction in coordinating all projects involving communication with Creative, Media, Traffic Studio and Production. Creative Management- Interacts with and participates in creative decisions and solutions  Manages projects to achieve client deadlines. Project Management- Ensures that all steps in the process of a project are taken care of accurately and in a timely fashion. Client Advocacy- Maintains client status reports facilitates two-way communication for clients issues, opportunities, requests, etc.

Present or recent experience working within a web design, marketing firm or ad agency preferred.
