Responsibilities:Understand the account dynamicsBrand understanding and communicating this understandingArticulate the role of branding in relationship to Customer Value MarketingDemonstrate significant knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and be comfortable playing a leadership role with client brand teams when neededDevelop Strategic Brief marketing goals, brand strategy and other critical marketplace data and direction  Lead brainstorm sessions to generate ideas for new businessSeek opportunities to up sell and cross-sell within the account to generate additional revenueEnable team to provide and show maximum value to client for retainerParticipate in the hiring and quality of work of Marketing Managers and Associate Marketing ManagersWith Delivery Manager, contribute to the development of project timeline and budget

 

 

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMust have 6 Years Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, Rx and OTC in marketingExperience in client management and marketing program development requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and superior communication skills are essentialThe ability to address complex strategic marketing problems and propose viable solutions is necessaryMust exhibit strong leadership ability and exercise good judgment and diplomacy
