In the Initiative Management Group we lead the administration of non-profit associations dedicated to promoting and developing strategic initiatives in the high tech field.  Duties include logging, tracking and driving to closure association action items; being primary contact for questions and problems; assisting in marketing, financial, presentation and event activities. This is the perfect entry-level position for someone looking to get into the Business, Marketing, or Communication field.

Background Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications; or more than three years of related work, with increasing levels of responsibility. Office experience and/or internships are a plus!

Skills: Intermediate (or better) knowledge of the MS-Office Suite.  Strong verbal, written and business communication experience.  Superior project and time management skills.  Must perform at best while multi-tasking with regular and repeated interruptions.  Attention to detail, judgment to prioritize, and the ability to work independently or in team settings are crucial.
