ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We believe in being close to our customers, so we also have a full service office in Bentonville, Arkansas for our Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club clients. Our newest client is CVS.com, Rhode Island. Additional regional sales offices are located in Dallas and Los Angeles.

We are currently hiring an Account Director

 

GENERAL SUMMARY: 

 

This person will be responsible for the overall management of the CVS.com account in Rhode Island and will have dotted line accountability to individuals in the Tampa, FL office of Triad Digital Media. This position will be based in RI, southern Massachusetts or close to the CVS HQ which is located in Woonsocket RI.

 

The Account Director will open and lead a new Triad Digital office in the area. As a member of the overall Triad Digital leadership team, the Account Director will play a key role in the overall direction of the CVS.com client activity and will be expected to develop the Northeast presence for both CVS Online Media Program and Triad Digital.

 

In addition, He/She will be the primary day to day interface between CVS.com and the Triad operations in Tampa.  He/She will work closely with the CVS business manager for the Online Media Program to insure that the Triad team has the information and direction that it needs. This person will monitor the timeliness and quality of the Triad Digital deliverables to insure that expectations are met or exceeded.  

 

This position will be the primary day interface on the ground between Triad Digital Media and CVS.com.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Open a Northeast office for Triad Digital and establish credibility with both Tampa and Woonsocket teamsGrow the account successfully through the successful implementation of our Online Media program. Manage shifting priorities to insure excellent follow through. Provide excellent customer service to both CVS.com client and the advertisers who participate in the program Manage select product development or special projectsIdentify and Sell-In CVS.com to new suppliersSpearhead teamwork improvement and team building activities

Experience7+ years of  total sales/marketing experience at top pedigree companiesFunctional expertise in relevant business areas with online media/ecommerce experience a mandatory requirementClient services experience (5 years plus)Retail experience a plusDemonstrated track record in successfully managing across multiple projects and multiple time lines

Minimum educational levelMinimum BA or equivalentMBA preferred 

Travel/Other Requirements:

· Some travel to Tampa to learn about and interface with the Triad Tampa and Bentonville sites.

· Northeast travel to sell-in new suppliers

· Typical travel is between 4-5 days per month

· Candidate needs to have flexible work hours to span the East and West Coast time zones as necessary. Typical work day is 8:00 to 6:00 pm EST.
