ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

American List Counsel, Inc. We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Tarrytown, NY team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential.

 

Position Responsibilities:Receive, organize, code, and enter orders, clearances, and shipping dataCode standard information on ordersIndex orders, clearances, counts, and samplesContact clients for shipping information on orders, follow up on receipt, and confirm accuracy of informationCommunicate with customers regarding status of orders via telephone or emailProvide support to other team members on an as needed basisPerform other duties as assigned



Position Requirements:Strong data entry and other PC Skills Including MS Word & ExcelStrong ability to multi-task and work under pressureStrong organizational skillsIntermediate mathematical skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentMust be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented
