Vice President/ Controller

Financially successful, stable privately held company seeks a VP/Controller  to direct the corporate reporting, accounting, and administrative functions for this $100 million dollar revenue base firm. The position will manage the monthly and annual internal and external reporting requirements, and provide financial direction and assist senior management in the daily and long term operational/administrative decision making process. As the senior finance member of the corporate team, the successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the corporate staff in all areas inclusive of corporate accounting, information systems, cash and treasury management, human resources and benefits management. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive growth to a management position with a strong foundation in GAAP, Financial Statement Development, and have demonstrated the ability to maintain consistent tenure within an organization.  Public accounting experience with a CPA is highly preferred, with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
