Day to Day Work ***Please note this position opportunity is within UNISYS TECHNICAL SERVICES, LLC (a subsidiary of Unisys Corporation), not Unisys Corporation***The Customer Service Representative is the first line of contact for employees nationwide regarding Human Resource services performed in Bismarck - education reimbursement, referral awards, short/long term disability, recognition awards, new hire paperwork.Process requests, enter data, track incoming documents, and approve payments.
Other Information Requires a 2-year degree or equivalent work experience. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Must demonstrate a stable work history. Must have strong customer service skills, data entry experience, and the ability to be able to respond quickly and resolve issues. Experience in the area of customer service, call center, data entry, typing, technology, or human resources is helpful.
Your work will be visible to your team, and may involve direct client interaction. Standards exist to help you track and exceed your performance, and in some cases, you will be able to earn incentives for exceeding performance based goals.
