Treasury Manager At G&K Services, we are a $1B company celebrating 39 years of consecutive growth! We are a market leader in image and safety and growing! We are currently searching for a Treasury Manager to join our corporate team. In this role, you will manage cash and treasury operations, short-term borrowing, and short-term investments within the Treasury & Shared Services team. You will work with cash management, financial reporting, maintenance of financial data, development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and providing support on corporate finance initiatives. Additionally, you will:•Manage daily cash management including cash positioning, accounting of cash transactions, month-end duties, field support, and audit testing. Manage the comprehensive treasury management program including the evaluation of new treasury management initiatives; adherence to treasury controls, procedures and compliance requirements; and the effective management of the company’s cash/investment and debt portfolios. •Support corporate finance strategic initiatives and participate on cross-functional teams including the AR and credit card consolidation, EDI and AP workflow, share repurchase, and other projects as requested. •Develop, maintain and provide management reports and recommendations for improving Treasury & Shared Services fees, interest rate exposures, foreign exchange exposures, commodity exposures, share repurchase program, capital structure and other analysis as necessary. •Manage treasury’s compliance with all accounting policies relating to Treasury activity (cash, investments, debt, capital, interest, derivatives, fx, etc.) including FAS133 and Sarbanes Oxley and provide support for 10Q and 10k. •Completes other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following education and experience:•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent is required. •MBA and/or CTP is a plus. •Broad based experience in a large corporate environment with a minimum of five years experience in the area of accounting, finance, and/or treasury.
