Transaction Support Services Senior Associate for the growing National Mergers & Acquisitions group in RSM McGladrey, Inc., the world's 5th largest accounting, tax and consulting firm.


Responsibilities&Duties

The Transaction Support Services Senior Associate works closely with the managers and/or other team members to provide financial and operational due diligence engagements for clients who are buying businesses. This team member will participate in client meetings and site visits to interact with company management in order to gather information for financial analysis. This team member will also interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, business valuation, etc.

The TSS Senior Associate will prepare financial analysis to help clients evaluate the financial performance of the Company, true operating capacity of the business and learn to provide purchase price adjustments, all of which to be included in our due diligence business report. This report will be used by a number of parties to help provide purchase price adjustment mechanisms, deal structure points in the purchase agreement, financing arrangement structures, conclusions on whether or not to make the acquisition, etc. This team member will attend select networking events to meet potential and existing clients and represent the Firm in community activities and professional associations.
