Our broad transaction experience and vast valuation knowledge base allow us to work quickly and effectively with all parties.Responsibilities: Analysts are assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit Develop robust financial modelsPerform industry research and analysis on comparable public companies and transactions Assist in the preparation of high quality client deliverables including transaction opinion memorandums and board presentationsEnsure quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail Requirements: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of one year prior experience in investment banking, public accounting, professional services firm, or industry experience with a finance or accounting skill set Demonstrates a thorough understanding of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, the M&A and capital raising process, and company valuation techniquesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong quantitative, analytical and communications skills Ability to manage relationships with clients, handle multiple projects and pay close attention to detail Work well under pressure and client deadlines Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, as needed Duff & Phelps is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
