Purpose: As a Assurance System Administrator see yourself responsible for the administration of the Assurance Systems, Axentis Sarbanes Oxley tool and TeamMate Audit tool. Managing tool access, security rights, user groups and document retention. Modifying system configuration and associated documents used with the systems. Creating and maintaining ad hoc reports from the systems that meet Assurance team needs. Maintaining and updating training materials and training new users on the tool. Trouble shooting system and functionality issues. The main contact for TTS Support and vendor tech support (Axentis and TeamMate). Assisting Process Analysts in data extraction from a variety of data locations and in initial analysis of the data.See Yourself: Maintaining and updating the Assurance Systems, Axentis Sarbanes Oxley tool and TeamMate Audit tool Modifying system configuration and associated documents Ensuring proper use of systems by monitoring use of the systems Updating and maintaining scheduling including in the TeamMate tool Supporting stability of the associated database including backing up data Managing tool access, security rights, user groups and document retention Trouble shooting system and functionality issues Acting as main contact for TTS Support and vendor tech support (Axentis and TeamMate) Maintaining and updating training materials and training new users on the tool Creating and maintaining ad hoc reports from the systems that meet Assurance Team needs Assisting Process Analysts in data extraction and analysis from a variety of data locations Providing other systems support such as Target file organization JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Requirements: Minimum travel required (approximately 5 % of job) Four-year college degree Three to five years systems or system administration experience Strong written and oral communication skills Proven systems ability including the ability to administer several systems Ability to anticipate and address questions from all levels Ability to assist others in developing system skills Strong interpersonal and team skills See The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
