We are currently seeking a Technical Lead, Workflow Management Systems to join us in our Montvale office. Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership on small software development projects focused on enterprise workflow management solutions and platforms - Integrate Metastorm or Microsoft Workflow in an enterprise web services environment by designing, developing, and maintaining custom components that enable functionality with customized applications - Work with business analysts and other technical groups to design and develop functionalities that meet business requirements - Mentor a small team of software developers by providing software development and workflow system support Qualifications: - Five years of web-based software development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML/XSL, and SQL Server - Two years of experience implementing Metastorm or Microsoft Workflow software solutions - Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience - Ability to create functional and technical design documents as well as process and coding documentation - Ability to plan and develop test cases for various levels of software testing - Strong ability to mentor and lead a software development team KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
