Health care organizations are fascinatingly complex and tax is the center of much activity as a result of increased scrutiny from Congress, the IRS, and state and local governments. Even the most sophisticated health care organizations often struggle with balancing compliance details and long-term tax strategy. The health care tax specialists of Deloitte Tax LLP ("Deloitte Tax") have the perspective to help these organizations understand national and state and local issues and align the tax function with business objectives. Our practice drives tax planning for many large health systems that are actively expanding, reorganizing, and restructuring resulting in a need for tax planning and consulting in addition to oversight of the tax return preparation process of both tax-exempt and non-exempt entities.  Deloitte Tax's Health Care Tax professionals understand the intricacies of tax regulations and their relationships to business. In many cases, our tax professionals manage the day-to-day client service relationships-and as such, these professionals serve as the gateway to a variety of specialized Deloitte Tax services that can help improve compliance with taxing entities while maintaining each client's overall tax risk profile. Knowledgeable in Federal Tax compliance and planning, our professionals work closely with clients and other members of the Deloitte Tax team to understand each organization's global goals and strategies and how industry and economic trends affect the business.  We are currently looking for Tax Senior Consultants for our Health Care Tax practice.
