Serving multiple industries, Parker & Lynch provides the knowledge, expertise and responsiveness necessary to build and maintain enduring relationships with our clients and candidates.   A National Company Headquartered in Nashville is seeking a Tax Manager for their growing company to join their team.  This Company offers excellent benefits..  They offer a very family oriented and friendly atmosphere.Duties:-Review federal and state income and franchise tax returns prepared by consultants as well as review filings for business licenses and registrations.  - Perform FAS-109 and FIN-48 deferred tax calculation monthly, and maintain related documentation.  - Prepare account reconciliation for tax-related G/L accounts.  - Forecast income, franchise, and property taxes.  - Review sales tax returns and other business filings prepared by subordinate.  - Prepare responses to tax notices. -Handle state and local sales tax and property tax audits, and negotiate settlements.  - Maintain income tax/franchise tax/annual report calendar.
