Requirements â€¢ 10+ years of tax public accounting or tax private experience with a public company • Strong analytical and accounting ability • In-depth knowledge of tax preparation and tax provision software • Strong managerial and administrative skills • Demonstrated skills with pass through entitles, “Câ€� corporations and high net worth individuals and tax provisions for public companies â€¢ Experience with non-profits tax compliance – helpful • Strong presentation skills as well as oral, written & interpersonal communication skills • Ability to handle clients directly, research technical issues and work with management in a team environment • Excellent computer knowledge • CPA, necessary and Tax MBA a plus
