We are currently seeking a Tax Manager and Tax Senior Manager in our Yakima, WA office. We are currently seeking a Tax Manager for our Yakima office. Tax Managers work with other members of our tax practice to develop and sustain excellent client relationships. They advise clients on a full spectrum of individual, partnership, corporate, and trust and estate tax services. Participation in the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients are among their responsibilities. We ensure that our tax personnel keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law and have the ability to provide our clients with in depth industry knowledge. We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager for our Yakima office. Tax Senior Managers provide review of returns, planning, research and compliance. Developing and sustaining excellent client relationships are priorities for this position. Tax Senior Managers are responsible for the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients and will use their strong technical background to assist on all tasks associated with tax engagements. Mentoring and training Staff, Seniors and Managers is a crucial aspect of developing a tax practice and is an integral part of this job.Tax Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of tax experience gained within a public accounting firm Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required; Master’s degree in Taxation a plus Proficient in corporate, individual and partnership taxation Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational techniques are required Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements Tax Managers must begin to attain visibility and recognition within their industry specialization Tax Senior Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of tax experience gained within a public accounting firm Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required; Master's degree in Taxation a plus Proficient in corporate, individual and partnership taxation Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques are required Highly motivated Capable of managing multiple client engagements in addition to completing tasks related to business development Able to attain visibility and recognition within your industry specialization and in your local market To apply for the Tax Manager position please click here to apply on our careers website.To apply for the Tax Senior Manager position please click here to apply on our careers website.Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
