Tax Manager/Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing

We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager/Senior Manager to join us in the Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) practice in our Atlanta office. EVS can help companies address the complexities that arise from doing business across the street or around the world. We strive to help arm companies with the knowledge needed to compete effectively in the global marketplace. EVS offers a broad range of transfer pricing services - including compliance, planning and controversy work. EVS also assists companies as they work to meet their business objectives by providing economic and business analyses, industry and market research, database development, statistical analysis and valuations. Responsibilities for both: * Manage and deliver transfer pricing services * Develop and maintain client relationships * Supervise and mentor staff members * Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages Additional Responsibility for Senior Manager: * Perform risk management and administrative duties as necessary Qualifications for both: * Five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation and/or operational performance analysis * Knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") * Exceptional analytical and quantitative background * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently * MBA degree, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Economics or a related field from an accredited college/university Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: * Seven years of experience in understanding of the U.S. transfer pricing regulations and international transfer pricing environment * Three years of management experience KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
