Requirements:

These positions require 3 - 7 years experience with tax in a public accounting environment. Must have a BS in Accounting and preferably a CPA. CPA is required for Manager level and above. Candidates must be highly motivated, have a creative approach to problem solving, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

 

Position Responsibilities:
Tax planning for corporate and individual clients
Researching corporate and individual tax issues and preparing effective summaries
Consulting with clients on compliance and planning issues
Performing detailed tasks on complex engagements while delegating and supervising others by acting as a team leader
Assisting in drafting of proposals for engagements
Developing staff accountants
