Tax Accountant up to 73k Global Stable Company!

Position Summary:To assist in the completion of various Federal returns and assist on the consolidated federal and selected State Income / Franchise tax returns for and its operating companies. Responsibilities:Gather and input information for the preparation of various related company federal income tax returns. Assist the VP – TAX, Sr. Tax Manager, and Tax Manager with state filings for related companies. Assist in the preparation of the consolidated Federal tax return  Gathers information from operating companies for inclusion in consolidated federal income tax return Prepares and / or assists with the state income tax audits for related companies. Calculates estimated tax payments and extension requests for related companies. Oversees the following activities:Reconciles tax accounts Update Tax Calendar on quarterly basis  Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree required  Accounting (Tax) degree requiredExperience:  1 - 3 years experience in corporate tax.  Experience with excel and word required  Excellent medical and dental benfits RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
