Tax Director

 

As Tax Director, you will be a key player in the leadership of a sophisticated tax practice.  Client base:  Middle-market businesses throughout the region.  Minimal travel required.

 

Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in providing tax planning to C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships and Individuals Tax research and analysis Drafting tax memoranda and tax opinions Development of tax CPE instruction Identify and select research tools and implementation of procedures and technology to maximize capabilities in research and compliance issues.

 

Basic qualifications required:

 A minimum of 8 years of experience working in tax for a public accounting firm, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills Integrity within a professional environment Must be a CPA
