The successful candidate will maintain student accounts; counsel prospective and current students on financial aid opportunities; track financial aid and student account activities; and advise students on account information, policies and payment arrangements. Other responsibilities include collaborating with Admissions, Student Services and Education departments to promptly resolve issues.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or similar, along with prior experience in financial aid/student finance, account management, collections, or a related field. Professional and positive demeanor, commitment to customer service, solid verbal/written communication abilities, and strong computer skills are essential.
