Very stable non-profit organization located in the Silicon Valley is seeking a hands-on Billing and Collections Manager. The ideal candidate must be driven, proactive and a self-starter. This position reports into the CFO.Job DescriptionManage, train and develop a staff of seven. Manage all billing and collections. Oversee and manage relationships with Medicare and MediCal. Implement programs for system upgrades. Assist with projects as assigned. QualificationsExperience in the healthcare, home and hospice or hospital industry required. 3 years management experience required. Strong collections experience required.
