CITY/STATE: Waltham, MA 02452POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceEDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's DegreeSALARY: 60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /yearAnnual Bonus Stock Plan Administrator     Public ever-expanding and growth oriented company is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to track and maintain the company's stock purchase program.  Duties and responsibilities include: - Processing stock option exercises in accordance with FAS123r- Answering employee inquiries regarding ESPP and options - Maintaining data in Equity Edge - Processing newly eligible employee and terminated employees for ESPP plans - Implementing new internal control requirements (SOX) - Rolling out of online granting/option access - Tracking open market stock repurchases as well as option exercise repurchases -  Reconciling activity reports with the clearing agent and Transfer Agent to avoid any outstanding share or dividend problems  - General Ledger reconciliation and accruals to assist in Month-end close Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-Basic understanding of FAS123r and GAAP accounting-2+ years experience in Payroll or Stock Purchase-Experience with Equity EdgeAbout Ledgent Search Group Ledgent Search Group specializes in the placement of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Audit professionals with top companies in every industry nationwide.
