Staff Quickbooks Accountant/Bookkeeper

 

Job Summary - We are seeking an accountant or bookkeeper who will report to our CPAs and tax staff in the role of Quickbooks Accountant.  Our client base is growing rapidly and a dedicated individual is needed to service Quickbooks clients. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

*Set up activities with new clients

*Transfer, review and facilitate the data between the firm and clients for 

 Quickbooks and other software programs

*Set up and use Quickbooks payroll

*Implement web based tracking system in Quickbooks

*Train client staff on the use of the system features and provide phone support to clients when they have accounting or system issues or questions

* Provide customized reports to clients

* Prepare monthly compilations using Quickbooks

* Provide monthly client accounting support for businesses

* Assist tax team with annual tax return preparation for QuickBooks clients

 

Requirements:

* Some college preferred

* 2-5 plus years accounting experience using Quickbooks

* Experience and understanding of accounting processes and procedures

* Ability to work well with a diverse client base

* Professional demeanor

* General MS software experience
