We are looking to add a Staff Auditor to our Operational Audit team at our site in Spring House, Pennsylvania, located just outside Philadelphia, in beautiful Montgomery County.

This position is part of a team of auditors that work together on audit review, strategic initiatives and projects, and other activities as warranted. Will be responsible for certain aspects of planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages of the audit or project cycle commensurate with experience. Strong organization, time management and analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively accomplish these tasks.

Additional Skills Participate in the planning of audit reviews and projects.Analyze of the design and operating effectiveness of the system of internal controls.Provide suggestions for revisions to the audit program and approach as appropriate.Assist in effectively performing and documenting the audit procedures.Ensure that all operational, financial, regulatory and end-user computing control issues are identified and addressed appropriately with management. Participate in developing and reviewing audit findings and reports.On-going communication with Client Management and Audit Department Management on significant developments.Adherence to time and expense budgets.Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent experience required.Minimum 1-3 years experience.The preference is for an internal audit background in banking (specifically credit card) and an understanding of operational and financial controls.Working towards CPA, MBA or other certification is a plus.Results oriented, with ability to handle more than one project at a time.Self-starter with the ability to use sound business judgment in solving problems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.Must be professional, ethical and able to handle confidential material.Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including International travel.
