We are looking for a dynamic staff accountant with 2+ years of experience and a desire to work with a fast growing private company.  This person should has a desire to learn, ability to pick up new tasks quickly, and be able to manage multiple priorities.  Responsibilities include working with the VP of Finance on the month-end close process, all journal entries, overseeing GL reconciliation process, trial balance, assisting with budgeting/forecasting, as well as assisting with the preparation of the financial statements.  Qualified candidates will have their BS/BA in accounting, finance, or economics with 2+ years of accounting experience.  Qualified applicants please apply directly to this posting for consideration.

*Oversee A/P: ensure proper coding of expenses, research and resolve A/P issues
*Oversee A/R: ensure proper and timely billing and collections
*Prepare adjusting and correcting journal entries
*Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
*Prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis
*In consultation with VP of Finance, develop, implement and maintain effective financial/accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
*Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
