Staff Accountant / cost

Position: Staff Accountant/ cost   Salary:$45k+ DOELocation:Melville, NY 11747   Role and Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the senior accountants and accounting managers in their cost accounting duties. Must have some cost accounting experience in a manufacturing industry inviornment. This is a growth position and we are looking for someone who can take over higher rolls.  QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: 1-2 years of previous experience in Accounting (with some cost accounting responsibilities manufacturing industry experience a MUST  Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate to all levels of management and across all departments Proficient in MS Office products, Excel & SAP.
