Responsibilities include:' Review, analyze and correct account coding for corporate departments expense accounts' Record monthly intercompany management fee' Record monthly intercompany interest expense/income' Analyze monthly corporate department expenses and report on variances from budget and trend' Record accruals and correcting monthly journal entries' Prepare quarterly and annual audit schedules ' Upload budget detail to general ledger' Reconcile all balance sheet accounts' Report activity for all Fringe accounts company-wide ' Rollforward Consolidated Fringe Accrual account and assist in analysis of forecasted fringe' Maintain certain ADI Financial statement reports (update and test for new accounts, bu's, dept's, etc.)' Ad hoc Oracle reporting supporting Finance and other departments Requirements include:' 4-year Accounting/Finance degree; CPA a plus' 2 to 4 years of general ledger accounting experience including responsibility for the full-cycle month end close process' 2 to 4 years of account reconciliation and variance analysis to include written detailed explanations of material variances' Ability to assist in identifying and implementing process improvements' Experience with multiple entities and/or partnership accounting' Experience in a challenging, complex financial reporting environment' Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced structured corporate environment' Proven ability to communicate in a teamwork environment and with all levels of management' Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player' Detail oriented and self-motivated individual To Apply, Click here The Circle of Success.Concentra's mission is to improve the quality of life by making health care accessible and affordable.
