Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing standard and specialized financial reports and assisting with the day to day operations of the Finance and Accounting Department. This position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.

Responsibilities Include:

* Balance Sheet account reconciliations
* Sales Forecasting
* Revenue Recognition
* Fixed Asset Accounting
* Monthly Accruals
* Monthly Financial Statement preparation
* Quarterly Financial Reporting
* Ad Hoc Reporting
* Customer Invoicing
* Monthly sales tax filings

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounting experience
* Ability to communicate effectively and handle a fast pace environment
* Strong Computer Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Solomon Accounting Software preferred
* Strong attention to detail.
