About the Positions:
We are seeking an independent-thinking, efficient Senior Tax Manager. The ideal candidate is professional, upbeat and dependable, and can take ownership of and pride in his/her work. The Senior Tax Manager is expected to review working papers and tax returns, and handle direct discussions with clients. This person directs senior accountants and staff accountants, follows the progress of the engagement, and helps resolve accounting and tax matters as they arise. The Senior Tax Manager has responsibility for complying with federal, state and local regulatory groups and the legislation administered by such groups. This person must maintain expertise in current professional practice. In order to make broad decisions in the course of the work, the Senior Tax Manager must have knowledge of general economic/political trends and possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate, with a focus on corporate expertise at a high-level.
The successful candidate must have 10+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience, including expert PC skills and proficiency with MS Office. Preferable recent public accounting experience with large local, regional or national firm (over 100 employees). CPA licensure is required. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.

We are also searching for an Audit Manager to review working papers, financial statements, and reports, and handle discussions with clients. This person directs senior auditors and staff auditors and demonstrates an ability to assume full responsibility for directing engagements and special assignments. The Audit Manager follows the progress of the engagement and helps resolve accounting and auditing matters as they arise. Overall, the Audit Manager is responsible for planning and ensuring the engagement is completed in an efficient quality manner. This person must maintain expertise in current professional practice. In order to make broad decisions in the course of the work, the Audit Manager must have knowledge of general economic/political trends and pending legislation that could affect the business climate.
The successful candidate must have 6+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience, including expert PC skills and proficiency with MS Office. CPA licensure is required. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
