Sr. Manager, Oracle Advisory Services

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join us in our Atlanta or Charlotte office. Responsibilities: *Lead Oracle projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Oracle applications *Lead Oracle business processes mapping *Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews *Review Oracle application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment *Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals *Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel *Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients *Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements *Identify prospective engagements, develop proposals and lead project contract negotiation *Identify and build long-term business relationships with new target clients and key executives Qualifications: *Eight years of experience in Oracle implementation or Oracle business process improvement *Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation, enterprise architecture and Oracle implementation methodologies *Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management and project management *Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills *Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives *Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership abilities *Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements *Ability to write at a "publication" quality level to communication findings and recommendations *Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field *Able to travel up to sixty percent *Accomplished executive business development track record KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
