Sr. Corporate Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

" Analyze monthly operating company financial review reporting packages and communicate key issues and trends to management both orally and in writing
" Assist with the monthly consolidation of HQ's and operating companies financial statements.
" Responsible for monthly closing of HQ General Ledger including reconciliation of all HQ balance sheet accounts
" Responsible for HQ Accounts Payable function including coding of invoices, preparation of 1099's, etc.
" Assist with the preparation of monthly financial analysis tools used by management (i.e. Internal Revenue Growth, Asset Management and Stack Ranking reports)
" Assist with the preparation of reports used by senior management for analysis of quarterly financial results (i.e. GM Analysis report, SG&A Detail Report, Potential Analysts Questions, etc.)
" Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements distributed to company management
" Assist Acquisitions and/or Internal Audit as needed
" Special projects as needed


 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a big plus

2-5 years within a Big 4 firm or private industry

Strong written & interpersonal skills
