* Maintain and update general ledger for all Funds and management companies * Assist with capital calls and distributions to the limited partners * Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for investment funds * Prepare and execute wires for portfolio company fundings * Assist with accounts payable and expense reports * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations * Update portfolio company capitalization tables * Pay fund expenses and enter journal entries * Correspond with Limited Partners regarding inquiries and confirmations * Assist with special projects, light administrative functions * Analyze capital call needs and monitor cash needs/uses * Assist the General Partners with various analytical projects as well as various ad hoc projects as they arise * work closely with the Controller, Assistant Controller, and CFO
